The City of Huxley is an official Authorized Acceptance Agency.  Passports can be processed Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Fees:

U.S. Passport Book
Adult (16 and older) - $110
Minor (under age 16) - $80

U.S. Passport Card
Adults - $30
Minor - $15

There is a $25 execution fee charged for each passport that is processed.  PHOTOS CAN ALSO BE OBTAINED AT CITY HALL.  Cost for photo is only $10.  In order to process a passport please provide proof of citizenship e.g. birth certificate (must be original or with raised emblem) or old passport and drivers license.  

If passports are needed for minor children, birth certificates are required. Also, it is important to note that both parents must be in attendance and provide proof of identity (drivers license).  Children must also be present during process.
