The 3 C's center boasts a state of the art Fitness Center with many regular programs and special events to meet the needs of all people.
BASKETBALL COURT
Our Basketball court is high school regulation size. The court has 6 hoops total around the perimeter of the track. There are two smaller courts that run perpendicular to the main court. A curtain is available to split the court in two, and Volleyball sleeves are available for 1 full size court, and two smaller courts.
CARDIO
3C’s fitness facility offers the highest quality cardio equipment available. We offer a full line of Life Fitness cardio with 4 treadmills, 4 cross trainers, two stationary types of bikes, and a stair stepper. Our Cardiovascular area also contains Broadcast Vision for your TV watching convenience.
WEIGHT AREA
The equipment offered in our weight area is some of the industries highest quality select rise weight training equipment. 3C’s offers a 12 station Life Fitness weight training circuit along with a setup of free weight equipment made by one of the most respected names in iron; YORK. New this year is a HAMMER smith machine.
RACQUETBALL AND HANDBALL
3C’s fitness has one of the most modern courts for racquetball and handball in the area. Wallyball is also available for setup.
WALKING TRACK
The indoor track offers the ideal conditions for your running or walking program. Each lap is 100 meters, and 16 laps will equal 1 mile.
