Location: The Huxley Police Department is located on the north end of the ground floor of the new 3C’s building at 515 N Main Ave. in Huxley, Iowa 50124.

Message from the Chief:

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Police Department’s portion of the City of Huxley’s website. We hope you will find this interesting and informative, as we will continue to add items of interest to the site.

The City of Huxley is very lucky to be located where it is. You can experience living in small town Iowa but are close enough to the large cities that offer a variety of things to do and see.

You will find that the Police Departments employees are dedicated, well trained and work very hard to provide a safe environment for people to live and work in. That is very evident as most people that travel through and in town can most often see a police car somewhere. Our Police Officers go above the call of duty most of the time when it comes to helping or assisting people in many different ways.

A wise man once told me long ago when I started in law enforcement that I as a Police Officer do not work for the town but for the people in the town. That’s what I’ve done so far and it’s what my officers and I will continue to do today and everyday, work for the people.
