Three days each spring Pella transforms into Holland for residents and visitors alike. Tulip Time comes alive with tulips, Dutch attire, parades,food, fun and more. Reserved seating ticket to the afternoon Grandstand show and parade, admission to the Historical Village and Vermeer Windmill tour, Scholte House tour, Pella city tour and a oneday pass on the golf cart shuttles and transportation is included, lunch is on your own at the festival. Trip is limited to 14 participants.  Register by April 1, 2012 for this day trip fprovided by the Huxley Parks and Recreation Department.
